艾力达一天只能吃一粒吧？ 吃多了副反应多大啊！性欲要满足，身体更重要，多休息多锻炼是王道，偶尔用用体验一下就行了，最好不要依赖。

中年或者老年人要锻炼，是药三分毒，可以配合意念呼吸转移注意力延时，加上锻炼pc肌增强勃起。
