传说中的前列腺高潮到底如何才能得到？我自己灌肠时候感觉用水冲后面也有快感，用细的道具插进去有一种想尿尿的感觉，但是一直没有得到传说中的前高。目前都是灌肠时候撸，那种高潮时候前后一起喷射的感觉超级爽
