[求医问药] 怎么锻炼保护自己的枪

建议做深蹲练习,每周两次
刚开始的时候可以选择轻重量负荷
以后就逐渐加大重量
我一般是使用杠铃深蹲.
一般建议在有人保护的情况下进行.
深蹲是负荷运动之王,能锻炼到人体的各个肌肉群.更重要的是对性能力的提升是大幅度的.
