不是我吓你哈，还说什么没什么问题，要是血精一般是附睾炎才会出现的情况，我建议既然出现了情况建议还是去检查一下吧，这病不能拖的，检查完了没事再说，有病要抓紧治疗，要是正常的话，一天几次手淫是不会像你说的有血出来的，肯定是有病变，希望你能认真的对待吧，去正规的大医院检查下吧，祝你好运
