有关aids的问题，请高手解答

某一天闹钟突然灵光一闪 想到个问题 一般来说艾滋不是有性传播和血液传播两种途径么 然后跟艾滋病人一起吃饭是不会传播的
但是脑中突然想到这么一个问题 如果一个得艾滋的女人给一个没有艾滋的男人纯kj，并且没有技术不良导致咬到之类的事情 那个男的会不会也得艾滋？
希望有高手能解答 如果有医学根据就更好了 不是单纯的猜测答案那种
