新鲜感下降，你老婆的身体已经刺激不到你了，锻炼确实有用，年龄增长身体机能下滑也有关系，但最主要的是失去新鲜感没有激情了，你搞个三儿试试，肯定比跟你老婆的时候有激情，结婚10年以上的碰一次媳妇一个月多月见了媳妇都硬不起来的大有人在，如果夫妻感情够好就想办法追求点新鲜感或者适当的刺激会有帮助
