这个我来说一下，大家仅供参考，我有个朋友是眼科医生，也有痔疮，一发作就苦不堪言，有一次他和泌尿科医生交流的时候，泌尿科医生一句无心的话启发了他，说好像gay基本上没有痔疮。
后来他仔细想想，所谓痔疮（非病理性），很大程度上就是因为血液流通不畅造成的。从那以后，他每天晚上都用打一盆温水坐在里面，坐十五分钟后，在肛门上涂上凡士林，用手指按摩半小时左右，就这样坚持了三个月左右，痔疮得到了非常大的缓解。大家可以试试。
