包皮过长，平时需要翻上来吗

咨询下各位，我包皮有点长，但是能完全翻来（不管是勃起状态还是自然状态） 这种情况 我在日常，需要有意识地把包皮往上翻吗？ 有听说翻开多刺激龟头可以降低敏感的  不知道对不对。求各位指教下
